1 Regret
Regret is a feeling of sadness or disappointment

mistake that you have made.
If someone says we 

regret about that, it means they are saying in a polite way that they are sorry about it.

To show that something is very important or worth giving attention
When you want to say something more obviously its emphasizing

Something that involves or require a lot of efforts.
Something that is a lot difficult and tiring.
