How to reply to Thank you in Formal & Informal/casual ways with example sentences

Hi again I am back with a new topic in which we will be learning how to reply to thank you in different ways


We mostly find our self in such situation where we get confused what to reply to someone when he she say thank you.



Most commonly used phrases that, we have heard people saying are 
- Welcome
-No problem
- It's OK 

So today I will be covering few different to reply to thank you. 


Here are few Informal way of replying to THANK YOU
you can use this to with your family and friend

You're welcome  |  You are very welcome | Not a problem
.
Lets look at an example
if some one says "Thank you for helping me with the dishes"
You can reply - you are very welcome
or 
you can say - Not a problem 
(try avoid using this phrase with elderly people)



If some one says "Thank for the fruits"
You can reply - you are very welcome
or 
you can say - No problem 


There are certain situations were someone says THANK YOU but we feel we should say thank you instead so you can always say 
No THANK YOU  
at this point

If some one says "Thank you for calling us"
You can reply - No thank you for having us 


Here are few very casual ways  of replying to THANK YOU
yo can use this reply to your family and friend you can say

You can say - That's alright

lets look at few more example 

If some one says "Love your work thank you"
You can say - You're most welcome or Glad you like my work.

If some one says "Thank you for your service "
You can say - My pleasure


If some one says "Thank you for your fast delivery"
You can say - I was happy to help
