C. Something that is not serious it could be behavior or attitude

2.OutrightIt simply means completely, on the spot, instantly, without any restraint, direct and open

When someone says its High time you should have done that it means it should happen now or as soon as possible it should be done...

A cover on a container is called lid.
usually found on top of the container or box which can be opened

Now this one has two meanings
A.Something that happens through out the night or at some point of night

B. Something that happens overnight at time means some that happens very quickly and unexpectedly
